Add the Raizen app to your home screen

It opens like a normal app, full screen, with the Raizen icon. No app store needed.

iPhone (Safari)

  1. 1Open the app link in Safari (not Chrome or WhatsApp's browser).
  2. 2Tap the Share button (square with an arrow) at the bottom.
  3. 3Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”, then “Add”.
  4. 4Open Raizen from your home screen and sign in with your agent code.

Notifications on iPhone work only after the app is on your home screen (iOS 16.4 or later).

Android (Chrome)

  1. 1Open the app link in Chrome.
  2. 2Tap the menu (⋮) at the top right.
  3. 3Tap “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”, then “Install”.
  4. 4Open Raizen from your home screen and sign in with your agent code.

After installing: Profile → Notifications → “Turn on for this phone” to get new-report and announcement alerts.
